Strength, running, cycling and more — each a full app with its own coach, plans, sessions and libraries.

Improving at all levels

What is your performance made of?

From our experience, it comes down to two things: the technical side — skill, strategy, the training itself — and the enabling side — sleep, nutrition, mindset, recovery. Each one breaks down further. Unlike other coaching tools, Athlea connects all dimensions in one app, so you can focus on what works best for you.

Top: enabling. Bottom: technical.
Your goal decides which ones matter today.

A faster 5K.

Six things decide your time, and only one of them is running.

CARDIO

Two threshold days a week

Not five hard ones. Athlea recommends the two days — you place them where your week allows.

STRENGTH

Single-leg work and calf load

Where the last kilometre is won or lost. Flagged before a hard run so you can cap it.

NUTRITION

Carbs the day before

You race on yesterday, not on breakfast. Move the session and the food moves with it.

RECOVERY

Sleep after the hard days

That is when the session becomes fitness. Sleep badly and you get tomorrow rewritten, ready to accept.

TECHNIQUE

Cadence up about 5%

The only free speed there is. Drills land in your warm-up, not as a separate chore.

MINDSET

Hold back the first kilometre

The most common way to lose a 5K. Your pace plan holds the number you set.

Push one side and the other keeps up — you decide what changes.

How our metrics help you decide

Measured against your own normal.

Three readings, three timescales — today, the last week, the last twelve.

Three readings, five seconds — enough to see whether there is anything worth acting on today. Each is measured against your own normal: your baseline, your plan’s own range, the weeks you actually trained in. What counts as in range is yours, not a population average.

Illustrative — sample data, not a live readout.
  • Readiness — today. Is my body where it usually is this morning? Sleep, resting HR, HRV and how you say you feel, each one inside or outside your own normal range. Ready for a yoga class doesn’t mean ready for an ultramarathon — so you can decide to push or ease off.
  • Load — the last 7 days. Did I do the training week I planned? Your hours against the range your own plan asked for — so you can correct while the week is still live. Planned easy is on track, not a failure.
  • Consistency — 12 weeks. Am I still showing up? How many of the last twelve weeks you trained in, and the hours behind them — counted, never scored, so an easy week still counts as a week. This is the one you read for the habit, not the day.
