Founders
Christoph Wilfert
Christoph is a British-German entrepreneur and former Microsoft executive, with a proven track record of scaling innovative technology businesses globally.
Before Athlea, Christoph cofounded MUOV, an pioneering sports-tech company in indoor cycling, and held leadership positions in several start-ups and software businesses in Germany, the UK and the US.
Michael Wilfert
Michael represents a new wave of AI tech innovators with deep expertise in AI agentic frameworks, full-stack software development, UI/UX design, and product management, he brings a unique perspective to the intersection of technology and sports.
Michael studied International Business at Maastricht University and holds a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Athlea is supported by a team of professional developers, coaches, athletes, and sports scientists. Our shared passion for sports and technology drives our mission to empower athletes of all levels and transform how athletes train, perform, and achieve their goals.
