Why we build
Anyone who trains has guidance as good as a funded athlete’s — and every good coach reaches far beyond the hours in their calendar.
That is the world we are working toward. Here is what we have built so far.
Athlea is a training platform for people who don’t fit in one app.
Most training tools cover one sport and treat the rest of your life as noise. Athlea covers every sport you do — running, cycling, strength, swimming, rowing and more — on one membership, and wires nutrition and recovery to the same plan. A long run changes what you eat. A bad night changes the session before you open the app.
We can also show what any recommendation is based on, because guidance you can’t check isn’t worth following.
And if you have a coach, they’re in here with you. Athlea Pro carries their programming, in their name — we don’t supply coaches of our own.

Athlea is built by developers, coaches, athletes and sports scientists working together. That mix is the point: the software is only as good as the coaching knowledge inside it, and the coaching knowledge is only useful if the software puts it somewhere you can use on a Tuesday evening.
Athlea is part of the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub.
