Athlea wraps the whole strength session in a coaching loop: talk before the gym, train from the block, finish with an interpreted debrief, then ask what should happen next.
The Strength coach does not work alone. Recovery, Nutrition, and Running can join the thread when the lift has to fit the rest of the athlete's week.
The plan view carries the same language as the mobile plan screen: phases, current-week marker, load view, and a coach translation that keeps the athlete from making a bad adjustment.
The live session screen shows the current phase, drill progress, active exercise, target sets, reps, load, and controls. It is built around the work, not around typing into a spreadsheet.

The debrief turns the logged work into four swipeable reads: session summary, muscular volume, trajectory meaning, and tomorrow's adjustment.
Other strength apps make you type while you're tired. Athlea pre-fills every set from the prescription — sets, reps and load already there. Tap End set when you finish and it tracks the rest, or hold the mic and say the weight. Correct only what changed.
The debrief has an Ask Coach path. The athlete can challenge the plan, ask to add work, or understand what changed. The coaches answer together.
These are the S&C hub presets from the implemented mobile config. They are quick starts, but they still inherit plan, recovery, nutrition, and running context — and every session is editable. Add an exercise from the catalogue, change the sets, reps or load, or tell your coach how it felt and let them tune the next one.
The catalogue is searchable by muscle, equipment, movement pattern, and level. Each entry carries target, support, and synergist muscles, equipment, level, movement steps, watch-outs, common errors, variations, and progressions.

A chatbot can write a program. A logging app can record your sets. Athlea does both — and reads every session against your recovery, your running and your block.
